One of our manufacturing clients in

Chatham-Kent, ON is looking for a

Maintenance Supervisor for their Tier - 1 facility.


Shifts - Days


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for developing PM programs.
  • Ensures that an effective preventive & predictive maintenance system is in place and well understood by the members of the maintenance team
  • Maintains documentation on all equipment, building infrastructure, etc., such as machine manuals, electric circuit diagrams, hydraulicpneumatic circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, spare part lists, and preventive/predictive and emergency breakdown work orders/instructions.
  • Practices and promotes continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and identifies possible cost reduction opportunities.
  • Lead Shift meetings, documentation, and building maintenance and implement CI in the plant.
t Management in budgeting, scheduling and planning of maintenance activities.


Qualifications:


  • A valid Millwright / Electrical License or Electro-Mechanical diploma or Engineering Degree.
  • 23 Years' experience as a Supervisor in manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work scheduled overtime as required.
  • Good communication skills.
