- Manage client relations as a trusted advisor while achieving the highest levels of client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain an active external presence in the industry

- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Experience as an external consultant in the Public Sector, Health Care, or Not-for-Profit/Public Sector is an asset

In the Associate role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple engagements and large streams of work for clients in the Public, Health Care, and Not-for-Profit sectors. Such engagements encompass:
You will provide internal operational support to ensure day-to-day delivery is properly managed and contribute to Optimus SBR's proven track record and continued growth, while building relationships through engagements and networking. You will also be involved with business development, and providing support to develop proposals.
You have extensive experience in the public & health care sector and an understanding of strategy development and execution, process analysis and redesign, and business case development.
