Are you passionate about home improvement and skilled in sales? We are seeking a dynamic Renovation Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise while contributing to the transformation of homes and spaces.

Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with potential clients.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored renovation solutions.
Visit leads on a daily basis.
Conduct inperson consultations to discuss renovation projects and provide accurate estimates.
Collaborate with our design and project management teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the renovation process.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide post sales assistance to the customers.

Qualifications:

Proven 34 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the renovation or construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of renovation processes and materials is a plus.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within designated sales territory.
