  • We are hiring a Manager, Data Analytics to join the Fiix Software Operations Department within Rockwell Automation. Reporting to the VP, Saas Operations, this role leads a multifunction data team and guides the evolution of our analytics, data engineering and data science functions. Responsible for businesscritical reporting and key domain projects, you ensure Marketing, Revenue, Customer Success and Finance teams have the data insights they need to excel. The Manager, Data Analytics is hardwired to drive factbased decisions and is comfortable working closely with crossfunctional leaders to help set direction for the business. As a member of the Operations leadership team, you will also be relied on to help refine and advance the Agile working system that aligns the entire Operations team towards a common goal.

What you will do:

  • Manage the daytoday operations of the Fiix Data Analytics Team, which is comprised of Analysts, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Data Engineers
  • Own the PowerBI reporting suite and the other technology platforms and tools used by the Data team
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure that their data and analytics needs are met in a timely, consistent, and reliable fashion
  • Manage critical data team projects from inception to completion
  • Establish and implement best practices for the team to follow in terms of documenting daytoday work, stakeholder communications/follow up, technical troubleshooting and execution
  • Plan systems, workflows and data consumption in line with our enterprise architecture strategy for continuous improvement through data driven decisions
  • Explore and leverage new/emerging technology options, as well as existing tools used elsewhere inside Rockwell, to create synergy and add efficiencies to our processes
  • Work with vendors to negotiate contracts for services we utilize, or adopt new services
  • Create and hold stakeholders accountable for action items required to bring forth achievable deliverables, including exploring beyond the near term objectives
  • Basic Qualifications:
