The Opportunity:

The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth, efficient and professional management to four VP's within the Retail Sales Team and to effectively manage the day-to-day administrative requirements.

You will provide outstanding support in a highly organized, professional and confidential manner. You are a wizard in administrative duties with strong problem-solving skills. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships across the organization and with external Stakeholders. You are proactive, progressive and professional with a high degree of initiative.


Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:


  • Extensive calendar management, including arranging meetings, monitoring events and resolving conflicts
  • Arrange travel schedules and associated arrangements
  • Liaise with internal and external business and administrative contacts, creating positive and mutually beneficial working relationships
  • Assist with the preparation of business reports, presentations and other documents as required
  • Provide general administrative support including maintaining department distribution lists and managing Shared Drive or Teams access/approvals
  • Prepare and submit travel and expense reports for the leadership team accurately and on a timely basis
  • Plan and coordinate offsite meetings, group, project and team events when required
  • Provide support for projects and special assignments as required
  • Review incoming correspondence and sorting based on importance and attention required
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned to help support the Retail Sales Leadership team.

  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes and internal resources

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality where required
