Lamborghini Vancouver iscurrently looking to fill a position of a Part Advisor.

Under the responsibility of the PartsManager, the Parts Advisor is responsible for prompt and courteousservicing of all parts customers. Parts Advisor sellreplacement parts. In most cases customers and technicians know exactlywhich part they need. In these cases, consultants just find the part inthe inventory or order the part requested. In othercases, advisor must help customers and technicians determine whichpart(s) they need. They look at old parts and ask customers andtechnicians questions about the particular part or vehicle. Using thisinformation, they often are able to determine the replacement parts. Thenthey look up the stock number for the parts, using computers or catalogs. Once they have all the parts a customer and technician need, consultantsprepare sales slips and add up the charges. They may also have to ordernecessary parts to fill an order.

Essential Duties:

·Assist retail and wholesale customers inordering parts

·Maintain parts inventory andavailability

·Determine replacement parts by inspecting oldparts or listening to customers descriptions of the parts.

·Advice customers on substitution ormodification of parts when exact replacement is not available.

·Prepare sales slips or sales invoices.

·Examine returned parts fordefects.

·Exchange defective parts or refundmoney.

·Receive and fill telephone orders forparts.

·Mark and store parts in stockroom according toprearranged system.

·Communicate with people from outside theorganization.
