Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and repairs
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with parts department to order necessary parts for repairs
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive service or repair industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
