Brief Description


We are looking to add a Maintenance/Small Reno Technician to our team at First Capital Construction The position of Maintenance/Small Reno Technician consists of performing any combination of tasks on residential and commercial projects.

Must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.


Tasks

  • Perform basic construction tasks and light repairs
  • Drywall Repair and Paint Touch Ups
  • Flooring and Trim Installation
  • Complete siding/soffit/fascia repairs
  • Identify and report the need for major repairs (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience as a handyman
  • Basic hand tools, tool belt and safety footwear
  • Valid Driver's license

Working Conditions

  • This is a permanent, full time, year round position
  • Outdoor and indoor work sites
  • Wage will be based on experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$28.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

  • Class G Licence (preferred)
