THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:


As an HR Coordinator you are:

  • Detailed oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced with ADP
  • Able to complete forms and administrative tasks without assistance
  • Proactive, flexible, selfmotivated, and resourceful
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
  • An eager learner with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have completed postsecondary education in Human Resources Management
  • Obtained a minimum of 1year related work experience

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

You will perform a variety of HR administrative tasks including but not limited to:

  • Perform full cycle recruitment
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process and deliver new hire orientation
  • HRIMS Administration
  • Benefits Administration
  • Disability Management
  • Health and Safety
  • First point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Assist with audit requirements
  • Complete various HR tasks as per business requirement
  • Other duties as assigned
