We are currently looking for a full-time Assistant Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at our Calgary, AB Base.

The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.

This role will be focused on the oversite of the CMA quality assurance audit program and support of the Northern Thunderbird quality assurance program.


  • Support of the quality assurance program
  • Assist Q.A. Manager to maintain compliance to CMA's SMS, MCM, and MCP policies and procedures.
  • Conducts audits as directed by the Q.A. Manager in accordance with CMA's policies and procedures.
  • Report to the Q.A. Manager accurate and timely project progression reports.
  • Actively participate in the Company's Safety Management System program.

  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid AME license required.
  • Past Q.A. audit experience an asset.
  • Must be able to obtain a Restricted Airport Identification Card (RAIC).
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Proven time management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well individually as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to function in a fastpaced environment, meeting constraining deadlines.
