- Managing a team of tree planters.
- Supervising delivery personnel and operators, effectively planning tree deliveries.
- Ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and current standards.
- Ensuring optimal quality of work.
- Overseeing the smooth execution of contracts.
- Completing various production reports and maps.
- Driving delivery pickups.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety rules.
- Have experience in reforestation or accumulate at least one year of experience in the forestry sector.
- Hold a Vocational Studies Diploma (DEP) in forest management or a College Diploma (DEC) in forestry technology, or have completed relevant training (an asset).
- Demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and precision.
- Possess proven communication skills.
- Be organized, dynamic, and have an excellent team spirit.
- Enjoy working outdoors and demonstrate good physical fitness.
- Know how to use Excel, a GPS, and forestry maps.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Possess skills in operating a skidder would be an asset.
