Reporting to the manager of Organizational Learning, you will be responsible for implementing a culture of learning in support functions, ensuring the standardization of organizational learning practice, developing and structuring learning solutions according to regulatory requirements, Health, safety, and environments as well as the technical requirements.

You will also develop and maintain the standardized learning solutions from the organizational learning service.

In this role, you will be required to work in collaboration with various support function teams and members of the large organizational learning team.

You will need to develop relationships with managers at different levels, from different functions and locations, suppliers and any other customers requiring Organizational Learning services.

In your role, you will:

Define, structure, and deploy standard and contextspecific learning strategies for each of Bombardier's sites, for support functions.
Work in collaboration with different function teams to implement learning strategies to ensure internal knowledge transfer.
Work in partnership with clients from different functions to offer consulting services, in connection with the implementation of training projects.
Support onsite organizational learning teams to understand skills issues, conduct organizational diagnostics and present recommendations.
Manage change projects involving different sites and different functions.

Qualifications

You have a university degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or Organizational Development and/or training management.
You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in manufacturing and/or project management and/or training
You are a good communicator and able to demonstrate impact and influence
You are comfortable managing various projects and mandates, collaborating and working in a team
You have good analytical skills and are organized
You work independently, meet deadlines, and respond quickly and efficiently to last minute requests
You are resultsdriven and are known for your ability to multitask and work under pressure
You have a good knowledge of the French language (oral and written) and are comfortable in English both orally and in writing.
You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
