The Learning Centre Charles street, Richmond

Key Accountabilities

Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members)
Providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they first come to party at your table, all the way to 'high5ing' a guest who JUST won it BIG
Ensuring everyone feels like they are an integral part of the VIBE atmosphere as you are the ultimate party host
Engaging our guests and encouraging their usage of other property features
Exchanging guest cash and promotional vouchers for value chips
Controlling the order of play; closing bets at the appropriate time and maintaining game integrity
Conducting all games in a precise, efficient and secure manner, according to policies and procedures, licensing laws and statutory regulations. In partying terms, keeping things in check
Performing other duties as required

Education and Qualifications

Legendary guest service skills with a "Make it Happen" attitude
Understanding of yourself and others when communicating with team members and guests
A passion for providing Rockin' It Service to our internal guests in the quest of achieving service excellence
Live HRCV's Values all day, every day: Respect, Original, Caring, Kickin' Service, Integrity and No Excuses
Strong communication and mathematical skills
Proven guest service skills with a strong ability to follow policies, procedures and practices
Manual dexterity and able to stand for long periods of time
Have access to reliable transportation
Ability to be adaptable and flexible with work schedule
The ability to successfully obtain and/or maintain a Criminal Record Check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)

Work Environment Considerations

Regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, dealing cards for long periods of time, some exposure to noise,and nontraditional w ork hours
