Resident Superintendent team required for 130 unit residential apartment building located in Toronto. Must have experience in cleaning, renting apartments, snow shovelling and minor maintenance. Good communication skills and knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act is an asset. Salary and 2 bedroom apartment provided.


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
