We are looking for a salon receptionist with open flexible availability to join our team with Volum Studio + Spa

(M-F: 9AM-9PM,


SAT:
9AM-6PM,


SUN:
11AM-5PM)


Responsibilities:


  • Opening and closing duties
  • Booking and Answering multiline phone
  • Balancing cash system
  • Courteous customer communication
  • Handle client inquiries and issues
  • Retail sale experience
Skills required

  • Strong customer service experience, both in inperson relations and a strong skill in customer service over the phone
  • Exudes professional attitude and fashionable image
  • Team player and can work independently
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ablilty to handle challenging situations
  • Leadership skills
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality

Salary:
From $15.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Waterloo, ON N2L 5W6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
