QTK Fine Cabinetry has been designing, manufacturing and installing kitchens, vanities and other residential millwork since 1974.The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, excluding statutory holidays. Our beautiful and modern open concept office is conveniently located adjacent to Steeles Ave. & Highway 400.
We are looking for an experienced and responsible
Admin Assistant to assist our service department and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the service inbox and organize requests based on priority
- Schedule and coordinate all service appointments for our technicians
- Ensure all service paperwork is filled out and submitted timely by the technicians
- Communicate professionally and timely with our clients, installers & factory staff
- Handle all customer inquiries regarding status of service requests
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Excellent attendance record with a sense of accountability
- Fast paced and collaborative individual who is able to keep up with our daily business needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Handson experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills. Be able to communicate with upper management
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
