PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To create a positive experience for Guests of the Restaurant through timely delivery of excellent food in both presentation and taste.**
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1 Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
- Prepares all food items ads directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Visually inspects all food sent from the kitchen line to be sure it meets the high standard of plate presentation and consistency
- Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
- Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
- Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Experience:
- Cooking: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
