Gubagoo, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that focuses on conversational commerce, is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of Gubagoo services within your territory.

You will serve as the expert for our services and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our current customers, as well as finding new accounts.

In this role, you will be working remotely and provided with a tablet, iPhone, and home office equipment.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Manage client businesses to achieve profitability and revenue goals
  • Upsell current customers and grow market presence
  • Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs
  • Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly quota targets
  • Deliver software presentations in person and remotely
  • Inform clients about company products, services and promotions
  • Manage sales pipeline utilizing our internal CRM platform
  • Managing the full sale cycle including; prospecting, coldcalling, upselling, and closing the sale.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge about company products and services

Working Conditions:


  • Driving to and from customer sites (sitting on average 14 hours) or flying to customer sites in Canada
  • Customer visits require frequent standing up to 8 hours a day, with a 1 hour lunch break.
  • Packing, lifting and carrying personal luggage up to 50 lbs (discretionary) 15 minutes1 hour a day
  • Simple grasping and fine manipulation (both hands) 36 hours a day (pointer/mouse)
  • Require to look at a computer screen up to 8 hours a day
  • Assisting specialists with demonstration equipment for setup (30 minutes 1 hour a day)

Prior Experience:


  • Excellent presentation skills in English (French is an asset)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and work with all PC based products
  • Ability to create and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment

Training:

Our training consists of remote online courses and time with experienced representatives in the field.


Requirements:

2+ years' experience in software, automotive or dealership sales required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Valid Canadian driver's license
Ability to travel across Canada (overnight) up to 50%
Proven ability to develop account plans, generate new business and close sales
Knowledge of automotive retail and service processes preferred
Understanding of dealer tools; CRMs, desking solutions, and DMS products preferred
