Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the General Manager and sales department, as well as the IT and Project Management department
- Daily communication and follow up on action items with the General Manager
- Coordinate office move including all logistics, vendor quotes and coordination of services needed
- Support and management of internal software (Checkmate, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Review RFP opportunities, assist with preparing RFP responses and report preparation
- Inside sales support
- Management of event planning including corporate meetings, holiday events, conferences, etc.
- Order office inventory, including company uniforms, as needed
- Enter service tickets every morning and afternoon to assist with project management
- Organize company breakfast and lunches as requested by management
- Updating internal software when new leads come in through the customer service department
- Transcribe meeting minutes
- Prepare and edit correspondence and documents
- Coordinate the resolution of administrative and office related issues
- Make recommendations for administrative process improvements
- Undertake special projects as required
- Any other duties as needed
Requirements & Competencies
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and work on tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven selfstarter, but able to work as a team
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check is required
