Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with both existing and prospective customers
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer needs effectively
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide appropriate solutions to customers
  • Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, to reach out to customer leads
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within designated timelines
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts
  • Monitor market trends, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends
  • Seek continuous improvement through feedback and training opportunities
  • Respond promptly to client needs and act as a solutions provider
  • Prepare and deliver quotes to customers in a timely manner
  • Conduct daily travel within assigned territory to visit clients and prospects
  • Effectively represent all Robert Bury product lines to clients
  • Perform occasional office duties including order entry, inside sales, and customer service
  • Attend training sessions and travel with supplier representatives as required
  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Possess a valid driver's permit

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the wood working or related industry
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments

Salary:
Commensurate with experience

$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
