YOUR ROLE


We're looking for an experienced
Client Relationship Manager to join our close-knit, growing team, and we hope our search ends now, with YOU.


Reporting to the Supervisor, Sales & Service, you will work alongside a Senior Account Executive (AE) to help support and provide professional day-to-day management of multi-employer clients trust funds and plans while ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction.

You'll be learning the best from our Senior AE's, and one day be able to progress into a full Account Executive role to handle your own clients.


You will be required to prepare and facilitate client meetings; helping to prepare all required reports and promotion of new products, processes and services.

You will be involved in industry research to understand related trends and how to remain competitive in the market.

You are able to work independently with little supervision. You work successfully under pressure, managing multiple priorities (with frequent interruptions) in order to maintain department requirements and deadlines.

As you'll be handling sensitive information, the ability to maintain the confidentiality and security of client files and data is of the utmost importance.


Please note that some travel may be required to other office locations to meet with clients. This role is a hybrid opportunity, based out of our Etobicoke, ON office.

THIS IS YOU

  • Postsecondary education in an industry related field
  • Working towards CEBS designation
  • Three (3) years progressive experience in a similar role
  • Clientfocused customer service skills must be able to work professionally with all contacts including management, colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • Superior organization skills
  • Time management skills must be able to meet competing deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
