Linen Care Manager

The Laundry Supervisor position is a pivotal role within our hotel’s operations, overseeing the daily functions of the laundry department. This includes managing a team of staff, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining high standards for cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: 
  The Laundry Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all aspects of laundry activities including washing, drying, ironing folding and distributing linens to departments as needed
  
•   Quality Control: 
  Assess linen quality inspect damaged or soiled items report deficiencies to manager/HR assist in coordinating inventory control by monitoring usage reporting shortages,
  
  assisting with bimonthly audits as necessary.
