Our Creator Operations team launched its first solution - Co:Brand - connecting our brands with content creators to create videos and posts for them that direct back to Amazon.

This is a new division and team at Perpetua, and we are currently looking for an awesome Creator Operations Co-op to join and help build our creator ecosystem from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

Own, manage and optimize organic influencer campaigns across Instagram, and TikTok, while ensuring client KPI(s) and deliverables are exceeded
Develop an efficient workflow and process to onboard new brands and creators
Contribute and help the team build out best practices, processes, documentation, virtual training etc.
Within Perpetua, you are the voice of our customers and will work closely with our Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Sales teams
Build dashboards and reporting to help track growth and easily analyze data
Communicate with customers about the performance of their campaigns and provide additional strategy
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Who You Are:

Must be enrolled in Business, Marketing, Communications or a closely related program, in your second or third coop term
You are passionate about social media and advertising
Data and numbers are key drivers of your success, you have experience with market and product analytics, and are comfortable presenting/discussing metrics with clients
You are a highly organized and focused multitasker with strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills
You can work independently within a crossfunctional teamfocused organization
You have an understanding of the process of gaining social audiences and a desire continuously learn about growth strategies, tactics, and new social platforms
Available to work fulltime for 4, 8, or 12 consecutive months, 12 months is preferred

Bonus Points If
:

Previous coop experience working at a fastscaling startup
Relevant personal or school projects within the industry
Experience in the marketing or advertising space
You have worked with influencers to create amazing content in the past and have an understanding of influencer marketing
You have personal experience creating content and building a social following
