As an Insurance Broker, you will collaborate closely with our team of sales professionals to offer insurance solutions to individuals and businesses.

Your role will involve fostering client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.


Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities of a Personal Lines Broker:

  • Actively pursue warm leads and referrals by following up and implementing sales tactics to ensure a high close ratio
  • Correctly assess risk and advise clients of insurance coverages altered clients' needs including policy features such as discounts and coverage requirements
  • Quote to Bind Process A-Z
  • Pull necessary documents such as Auto+ & MVR reports
  • Implement underwriting guidelines administered by various markets
  • Attend required personal development and training courses
  • Build a network of COI's and update marketing/sales tactics

Skills and Qualifications:


  • RIBO licensed
  • Knowledge in Personal Lines is considered an asset
  • Ability to multitask and work with mínimal guidance
  • Comfortable with cold calling and other alternative ways to drive sales volume
  • Insurance sales: 1 year (preferred)
Direct Sales: 1 Year (preferred)

  • Ability to build long lasting relationships with clients/COI's

$31,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
