Barrier Group Is looking for an experienced full-time
Business Development Representative. We are looking for an outgoing, adaptable individual looking to learn and grow within our team and industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prospecting and introduction of Barrier Group to new and developing clients
  • Build, enhance and maintain relationships with current clients
  • Working directly with Operations team to develop short
- and long-term sales actions and strategies to find new client leads

  • Make site visits and maintain relationships with our clients and key stakeholders
  • Work with current and prospective clients to identify their needs and provide solutions
  • Create and deliver information materials as well as deliver information sessions to prospective clients
  • Networking and building relationships by attending conferences, meetings and industry events
  • Monitoring client satisfaction level pertaining to services provided by Barrier Group
  • Other duties as required

Required Qualifications:


  • Existing experience with Oil and Gas industry clients in the region is considered an asset
  • Previous experience with Industrial Sandblasting and Coating is considered an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Travel between 3060%
  • Strong prospecting and client development skills are a must
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain seniorlevel business relationships
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

  • Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to participate positively in an engaging culture
  • Must be dependable
  • Must be a selfstarter, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong client focus with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
