Responsibilities
Assist customers in planning their trips and provide detailed information on travel routes, accommodations, attractions, and local events

Create and customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget

Book tours, transportation, accommodations, and other travel arrangements for customers

Provide directions and guide visitors to popular tourist spots, ensuring their safety and enjoyment

Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and recommend unique and exciting experiences

Collaborate with travel agencies, hotels, and other tourism-related businesses to enhance customer experiences


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Tourism or a related field is a plus

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the tourism industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals

Strong knowledge of local tourist attractions, accommodations, and event venues

Proficient in using computer systems and travel booking platforms

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Possess a friendly and welcoming personality, with a passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service


The job scope

• Part time shift for 35 hours and fulltime 8 hours.
• Online Assistant / Remote enhancement work /Online assistant support / Online Remote operations / Online Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant /Data Entry/Application Enhancement Specialist /Sales Marketing
• Can be done without affecting your current job
• No experience required to start, oneonone guidance provided
• Salary: $80$140/Per day
• Age must be 20 years old and above
• Flexible Working hours, no experience is welcomed

Supplemental pay type

• Over time
• Bonus pay
