We are looking for bright and passionate Digital Product Management Specialist to be a part of our Workplace Solutions Agile Labs. Role description As a Digital Product Management Specialist, you are a true change agent - responsible for fulfilling our organizations long term digital product strategy specifically focused on delivering a unified, best-in-class digital experience to our customers, advisors, plan sponsors and plan members. You will partner with business and digital teams to achieve successful outcomes that will drive the digital development process from conceptual design to launch, removing impediments to achieving operational readiness. You have a deep understanding of the Customer Experience Journey and drive continuous improvement with a product agnostic mindset What you will do

    • Guides the development of member or advisor and sponsor experiences - digital or otherwise.
    • Maintains consistency of experience across products and platforms, particularly as it relates to cross-selling Individual products to Group plan members
    • Consistently delivers new experiences that are designed to delight customers.
    • Effective sponsorship of initiatives that have cross functional accountability, in particular those that have customer experience implications.
    • Acts as voice of the customer as GWL develops new products / services, etc.
    • Champions change so that GWL continues to appropriately meet customer needs
    • Informs the 3-5 year customer experience roadmap
    What you will bring
    • 5+ years of experience in group retirement and/or group life and health industry - preferably in sales or service capacity with a focus on either members or advisors and clients
    • University degree, preferably in a Social science or marketing discipline or Bachelor of Business Administration - Marketing, Communication studies. Specialty backgrounds in customer experience disciplines may also be considered.
    • Cross-functional knowledge/expertise; understands the business
    • Deep understanding of our business -- gained through a direct sales, marketing or service role.
    • Understanding of individual customer markets a definite advantage for cross sell
    -The base salary for this position is between $61,900 - $114,500 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
