7+ years experience in business analysis, working in an IT environment. Strong Telecom Domain knowledge in BSS - any CRM, Billing, Ordering and provisioning. Strong solution design and business analysis including documentation of HLD, DDD. Multi stakeholder and project support and reporting. Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Excellent analytical, logical, and creative problem-solving skills. IIBA Certification (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, ECBA+) or a business analysis certificate is an asset.
