Field Service Technician
ERTH Power Corporation is a licensed electricity distribution company servicing over 24,000 customers throughout Southwestern Ontario. ERTH Power is pleased to announce an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician in our Goderich Operations Centre. This position plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations within the Engineering & Operations Departments.

Qualified applicants, who meet the following criteria will be considered:

• Post-Secondary School Graduation Diploma with a focus in Electrical Engineering
• IHSA Power Meters Training
• A minimum of one year experience using CAD software
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Valid class G Driver's license
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting maps
• Ability to operate locate equipment
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional internal and external customer service
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and peers
• Commitment to collaborative project management approaches
• Proficiency in computer usage and specialized systems utilized by the Company
• Strong document interpretation skills
• Ability to provide quality customer service inperson or over the phone
• Sound judgement, flexibility and responsibility in decision making
• Capability to work independently while meeting deadlines and commitments
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to manage timesensitive tasks, multitask, and prioritize effectively
