Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and other events.

Preparing minutes of meetings.

Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Preparing expense sheets and keeping accurate records of expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Track and Maintain inventory of office supplies and order if needed.

Answering high volume of calls and directing it to the right department if required.

Managing records and generating periodic reports.

Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, parking, maintenance and security service.

Establishing work priorities and ensuring administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.


Skills:


  • Strong administrative skills with experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk clerk is desirable
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient in general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and filing

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in office administration or a related field is an asset.

$14.00-$25.00 per hour
