About The Role

We are on a mission to build a world‑class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are introducing the Vehicle Detailer role to ensure that vehicles meet Clutch's high presentation standards before delivery. This role focuses on cleaning and preparing vehicles in our reconditioning facility so they are presented to customers in excellent condition. You'll work closely with production teams, contributing directly to quality and delivery targets.

What You'll Do

• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing (measured by vehicle cleanliness scores and production completion targets)
• Follow standardized detailing methods to meet both quality and time targets
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any defects or areas requiring additional attention
• Use appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and detailing techniques to achieve company standards
• Ensure all detailing tasks are completed before vehicles proceed to the next production milestone or customer delivery
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
• Operate and maintain detailing equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals
• Keep detailing bays and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Class 5 license (valid in Nova Scotia)
• Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions
• Detail‑oriented with high attention to quality and consistency
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks, including bending and standing
• Able to commit to a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs

• Must demonstrate effective communication, ability to resolve issues, and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability in a reconditioning facility
