Your Opportunity
Our Oakville office is looking for a
Coordinator to join the Corporate Development team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and any arrangements for the M&A team members & potential targets
  • Support the due diligence process by organizing and maintaining data repositories and relevant information.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, playbooks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Help with administrative tasks such as targets pipeline, weekly reporting, and owning data quality.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Corp Dev department.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents, and reports related to M&A targets.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis
  • Attend 25+ meetings weekly and be the right hand to the current senior manager on all projects.
  • Assist on all other side projects as assigned.
  • Be able to keep a very high regard for confidential information.

Your experience and education

  • 2+ years of experience in project managing, corporate development, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a professional service firm preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work. You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
