Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an IT Analyst to join our team. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. You will also play a key role in implementing and maintaining computer systems and networks.


Responsibilities:


  • Responding to a variety of client support issues or vendor support, via telephone or in person at their locations, to identify issues and offer solutions in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Analyzing situations, diagnosing problems, while developing and implementing solutions within narrow timelines
  • Focused on completion of ticket volume in short time frame with client success in mind
  • Client site visits to resolve issues that couldn't be fixed remotely
  • Use, update and contribute learning content to the internal knowledge database

Experience with the following is key:

  • MSSQL
  • JIRA
  • End Point Management
  • Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting


  • Office 36

  • Azure Active Directory
  • Computer Hardware (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors & Peripherals)
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Basic Network Troubleshooting
  • Basic Application Troubleshooting

Experience with the following is a bonus:

  • Transportation specific Hardware, Software and Support processes
  • EDI, Trimble, Assets Tracking, ELD.
  • Troubleshooting or configuring Cisco Meraki, Datto, Dell equipment
  • Administering users and phonelines through RingCentral
  • Configuring devices and profiles

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related technical field preferred or High School Diploma.
  • Certifications/bootcamps/work experience can be substituted.
  • Proven experience in technical support or a similar customerfacing role
  • Experience in Transportation Industry will be an asset.
  • Strong proficiency with common workplace tools
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think analytically to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, can convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer success.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage support cases.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to address critical customer needs.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
