Ability to operate and navigate computer and paper POS and catalog systems
Adherence to safety, operational and policy standards

Your Responsibilities:

Follow customer service programs and policies
Utilize computer systems, catalogues and websites to look up correct parts
Source inventory from third party vendors
Regular store tasks such as merchandising, inventory counts, filling and facing shelves and general housekeeping
Execute special projects as assigned by Management
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure practices and activities adhere to all safety and operational policies

Qualifications:

-
Minimum 2 years experience as a parts counter person or automotive parts distribution & sales

Ability to work in a fast paced order desk environment
Professional, positive phone manner
Ability to work with mínimal supervision and have the ability to multi task
Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
Valid driver's license
ASE certification and / or Journeyman Certification would be considered a definite asset
