The Opportunity

Q4 seeks a Product Operations Manager to elevate the R&D team and accelerate our ability to deliver innovation to our clients in the Capital Markets.

Reporting to the Sr.

Director of Product Operations, this is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to help operationalize product strategy and influence how Q4 scales as an organization through product-led approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvements of product systems, processes, tools and reporting that enable performance management across product, engineering, support, and operations
Work with R&D and crossfunctional leaders to establish visibility into what teams are working on, how they are performing against product outcomes, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Build scalable systems for capturing, analyzing, and sharing customer and product datadriven insights to continuously improve the performance of Q4's SaaS metrics
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration with partners in various parts of the company through projects like product GTM, operational process transformation, and service enablement
Analyze, design, and implement business processes to drive measurable outcomes to support the product strategy

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience working in highperformance software development teams
2+ years of experience in product management, gotomarket or program management
Advanced communication, influencing, relationship and team building skills
Ability to sift through the noise, get to the heart of problems, identify optimization opportunities and driving alignment around new solutions
Experience designing and implementing minimum viable business and technical processes, and influence team behaviors to achieve measurable outcome
Entrepreneurial mindset to deliver impact in ambiguous environments, navigate through complexity and manage change
Strong skills in servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Working knowledge of product management, analytics, CRM and BI tools (eg, Aha Roadmap, Jira, Posthog, Salesforce, Looker)

Nice to Have:

Experience working in a startup or highgrowth SaaS company
Educational background or experience in Management Consulting, Supply Chain Management, or Business Process Optimization
MBA
