Empire Homes is seeking a Warranty Technician in the Niagara Region In this role, you will provide excellent customer experience to homeowners post‑closing during in‑home repairs and consultations. This role is located in the Niagara Region, Ontario.

• High School Diploma.
• 2-3 years of experience in the homebuilding industry or as a skilled trade.
• Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing Each Day

• Perform tasks under multiple trade functions such as residential construction, renovations and repairs as required by Construction Performance Guidelines or as directed.
• Effectively communicate and report progress and trade interventions required to administrators and supervising technicians.
• This position may require technicians to be available "on‑call" after regular hours for emergencies.
• Regularly review work orders for upcoming scheduled repairs and locate and retrieve necessary material to complete assigned work orders prior to repairs.
• Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism with all associates and homeowners.
• Miscellaneous duties pertaining to community and job site cleanliness, maintenance, security etc.
• Suggest and make recommendations for process improvements.
