BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

This position reports directly to the manager.

The Operations Administrative Assistant will assist the Operations and Regulatory Manager and the Dispatcher with the day to day activities.

Moreover, he / she will be responsible for various reporting mechanisms and assisting operational staff with various duties.

He / she will assist in the supply process and procurement to meet all needs and assist the Operations and Regulatory Manager in regards to Health and Safety, and Quality manuals.


RESPONSABILITIES:


your responsibilities will intervene in these different areas:

  • Administrative duties;
  • Operational duties;
  • Purchasing;
  • Health and Safety;
  • Other related tasks.

Education:
College degree in transportation logistics or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant.


Experience: 3 to 5 years as a dispatcher or in an administrative role in transport or a company that distributes chemical products.


Skills:

Managing priorities, ability to work under pressure, meticulous, analytical, organization skills, good communication and customer service oriented, computer skills with Excel and Word.
