Responsibilities

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
Ensures timely and quality service delivery to internal clients;
Maintains files on work orders, proposals and department files;
Creates vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted;
Follow up on work orders and billing procedures. Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding;
Assists with the facilities inspections;
Assist with process and procedure training;
Monitor maintenance schedules to ensure there is no conflicts
Prioritize nonemergency and breakin work order requests to approve and reject, review complete work orders, and produce schedule for the next day/week;
Maintain planned work order backlog according to facility guidelines and utilize backlog to schedule daily and weekly work list;
Partner with Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance; Supervisors to review work requests and determine feasibility and safety controls for work to be performed;
Participate in production meetings with Maintenance Managers, Planners and Operations Managers to review upcoming work requests, weekly scheduling, and outage planning;
Supports shipping by working with computer processes that are integral for the business to stay compliant with regulations set out by the ministry of environment;
Other duties as assigned;
