Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage clinic staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely delivery of patient care
- Oversee scheduling of appointments, phone calls and manage patient flow
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Experience in healthcare administration or management role is an asset
- Proficiency in Janeapp is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fastpaced environment
- Experience working in a hospital or medical office setting is preferred
