    Job Description

    As Senior Advisor, you will be involved in:

    • Provide strategic advice on approaches to the development, procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Advise and identify risks associated with projects and develop risk mitigation plans and proactively address potential obstacles to project success, ensuring smooth implementation thereof
    • Review program documents to verify that scope, schedule, and cost commitments are reasonable and achievable and participate in phase review processes to ensure timely project implementation.
    • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and provide strategic and informed advice regarding industry best practices and incorporate them into project management methodologies.
    • Provide recommendations on optimal resource requirements and allocations to execute the project effectively
    • Assist in the development of best practice project management processes and procedures to support the projects progress and financial performance
    • Assess lessons learnt and identify areas of improvement
    Qualifications
    • At least 15 years' experience in a large project environment, specifically infrastructure
    • Demonstrated experience managing and understanding complex consulting services and construction contracts is required
    • Experience operating within municipal and government environments would be beneficial
    • Ability to lead and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive project success.
    • Be able to analyze project data, identify trends, and make informed decisions, negotiate timelines, budgets, and resources, identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
    • Proficiency with MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project or P6.
    Additional Information

    The base salary range for this full-time role is $125,000 - $170,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role, experience and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications
