    Are you organized, proactive, and enjoy keeping orders and inventory running smoothly? Do you want to play a key role between clients, suppliers, and internal teams? We have a place for you

    As a Procurement Clerk, you will:

    • Create and send quotes for standard equipment (workstations, IT hardware, software licenses, warranties, etc.) based on client requests
    • Maintain and monitor the CRM (orders to be placed, in progress, and to be invoiced)
    • Place orders with suppliers following client approvals
    • Receive orders, validate compliance, label items (client/warehouse), and forward information to dispatch for prompt action
    • Resolve issues related to purchases, returns, and claims
    • Follow up on orders with clients
    • Maintain accurate inventory records of warehouse equipment
    • Research product availability and suggest alternatives in case of shortages
    • Process internal requests
    • Track client license and warranty renewals
    • Use internal systems (PSA, quoting system, etc.) and apply established procedures

    YOUR PROFILE

    • You demonstrate initiative and strong organizational skills
    • You manage priorities effectively
    • You have solid problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • You communicate clearly and professionally
    • You are a strong team player with a positive attitude
    • DEP in inventory management, procurement, logistics, or a related field (asset)
    • Knowledge of computer hardware components (asset)
    • Proficiency with IT tools, including inventory management software (CRM) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Comfortable using a quoting system, particularly QuoteWerks
    • Availability to work on-site 4 to 5 days per week
    • Strong command of French and English, both spoken and written
