Position Overview
LBMG is looking for an Account Coordinator who's ready to jump in, move quickly, and learn fast. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, and social media who understands that great work happens behind the scenes before it ever shows up in a headline. We work on high-profile, high-energy projects across tourism, sport, lifestyle, and corporate brands. It's exciting. It's fast-paced. And yes — sometimes it happens on weekends or evenings. What You'll Do
You'll support our team across multiple client files. Your focus will be PR and social media, with room to grow into larger strategic responsibilities.
PR Support
- Draft press releases, media advisories, backgrounders, and pitches
- Build and maintain media lists
- Conduct media monitoring and reporting
- Support event coordination and on-site media relations
- Assist with influencer research and outreach
- Help track KPIs and campaign performance
Social Media Support
- Draft copy and manage LBMG social content across various channels
- Develop content calendars and manage posting/scheduling
- Monitor engagement and flag opportunities
- Pull analytics and contribute to monthly reporting
- Assist with content capture at events when needed
Team Support
- Keep projects organized and moving
- Track deadlines and deliverables
- Support brainstorms and campaign development
- Jump in where needed (because agency life)

Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in PR and/or social media (agency experience is a strong asset)
- Strong writer — clear, concise, adaptable tone
- Organized to the core (spreadsheets don't scare you)
- Comfortable using a variety of industry tools and apps (e.g., Canva, Meltwater/Cision, Meta Business Suite and social scheduling platforms)
- Comfortable juggling multiple files at once
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Curious about media, storytelling, and how brands build reputation
- Willing to roll up your sleeves for events — including some evenings/weekends
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Graphic design experience
- Basic video editing skills
- Experience supporting influencer campaigns
- You're not precious about titles. You're here to learn, contribute, and grow.
