What You Will Do

As part of a cross-department team, the Special Project Coordinator supports projects within our diverse portfolio that are outside of regular operations like capitol improvements, retrofits, leaseholds, and major maintenance.

From start to finish including final closeout and handover.

Generate project scope
Permitting from appropriate authorities
Budgeting, takeoffs, and cost estimating
Schedule maintenance
Tendering Process
Contract coordination
Project meetings
Invoice review and progress draws
Quality control programs
Safety program, and standards
Closeout process

What You Bring to the Table

Engineering or constructionrelated degree/diploma
Project coordination experience, capital planning, maintenance and reno's even better
PMP (Project Management Profession) certification is a plus
Organization and software wizardry
Negotiation and problemsolving skills
Solid written and verbal communication
Leadership qualities
Resultsdriven mindset, with a great eye for quality workmanship
