Customer Service Representative


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Prepare food items according to company standards
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Perform cashiering duties, including operating cash registers and handling money
  • Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of basic math principles for cash handling and retail calculations
  • Familiarity with food handling and preparation in the food service industry is a plus

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week


Salary:
From $16.00 per hour
