Contributions Include:

Managing customer orders.
Respond to and address customer pricing, order status, delivery, product and service information enquiries.
Address client inquiries regarding status of orders.
Responding to and addressing inquiries related to order status.
Monitoring inventory levels and accurately entering orders.
Responding to customer service calls.
Provide customer support and troubleshooting services.
Managing customer complaints.
Reporting and entering key performance indicators.
Daily inventory reconciliation.
Communicating staff sales orders.

Education and Experience Requirements:

College degree in Business or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
Exceptional verbal, written and listening skills.
Strong written communication.
Selfmotivated, with positive energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
Work with a sense of urgency.
