RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC
The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre.

Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University.

The RI-MUHC is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Santé (FRQS).

Position summary

General Duties

Assist the principal investigator in various tasks,

Education:
Master's Degree

Field of Study:
Biological science or related field

Work Experience:

5 years of experience as a laboratory manager
10 years of experience in academic research

Other requirements:

Excellent French and English, spoken and written,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Ability to work independently or with teams with minimum supervision,
Experience in laboratory management,
Experience in supervising students,

Additional information

Status:
Temporary, part-time (2 days/week)

Pay Scale:
Commensurate with education and experience
