We are the leading medical aesthetic clinic in Vancouver and we are expanding.

The power duo of both Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre and R-MEDY Aesthetics are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to work closely with the management team to drive positive change and growth.

_Necessary skills:
_

Strong team building skill set
Lead by example mentality
Advanced conflict resolution skills
Exemplary customer service management experience
Outgoing, respectful and enthusiastic personality
Strong retail, service or sales experience
Experience as a solo supervisor/manager of a team of 50+ people
Full time availability with at least one weekend day
Strong computer literacy
A passion for a long term career
_Skills that are an asset but not mandatory:_
Medical aesthetics experience
University education in an applicable field
Fluency in a 2nd language
Management: 1 year (required)
