Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette when required
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Microsoft Office Programs knowledge
- Cabinetry Product knowledge and/or terminology is an asset.
Pay:
$22.50-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
