Role and Responsibilities

Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting - Civil Training Services


As a financial analyst in our Civil Aviation Training Solutions segment, you'd be joining a team that actively participates in reporting & managing the global training network for the world-class, publicly traded leader in aviation training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in month end close process; namely preparing journal entries and reviewing some balance sheet positions; supporting senior team members.
  • Participate in preparing monthly balance sheet performance analysis & monthly reporting to upper management
  • Aid in the management of our balance sheet processes
  • Participate in special projects in collaboration with other teams & work with regional teams in process improvement initiatives

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Professional accounting designation an asset
  • Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of HFM and / or Oracle system is an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English)
