- Collaborate with school administration on program development and evaluation to align with the school's educational goals
- Establish operational rules and procedures for the day care service
- Organize informational meetings for parents and students
- Manage student admissions, attendance, and behavior records
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
- Facilitate communication between the day care service and stakeholders
- Assist in budget planning and financial management
- Coordinate staffing needs and work schedules
- Maintain positive relationships among team members
- Supervise staff, evaluate services, and manage attendance
- Oversee the physical organization and inventory of materials and equipment
- Utilize computer software for administrative tasks and research
- Provide training and supervision to team members
- Perform other related duties as required
